Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

Maria is very resourceful, given we were out of town, she put us in contact with everyone local and stride to make it a positive experience. Maria tried to ease difficulties and roadblocks we encountered through month long closing including unexpected hurricane delays. Having Maria as our realtor has been a positive experience.

Seller reviewI inherited the home from my parents and loved coming down there three or four times a year from the Pittsburgh area. My tenant has been renting from me for 25 years and we have frown to know each other and enjoyed our times together. When it came time for me to sell he stated that he had known Maria for about 20 years and she was also a neighbor so i did not hesitate to use her as I had, unfortunately hired an attorney to look over documents as I just wanted to make sure all was OK. Maria would have, in hindsight been more than qualified to handle everything, as that is her job. In the end I would give her the highest recommendations as she was always quick with a response to any questions or concerns that I had, When we meaning myself the buyers were at a table, Maria made sure I understood everything that was going on, even though she could tell that sometimes I wasn't and would again explain anything and everything to me until I was comfortable. It was a stressful situation for me at my age and appreciate her attention to detail right up to the time we had reached closure. I would without hesitation recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for a reliable, honest person to handle one of the biggest financial situations in ones life, buying or selling a home.

We took a long time to purchase a home and Maria never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. Ultimately we ended up with the right house at the right price. My wife and I were faced with an extremely tight deadline for purchasing our new home. After viewing 50+ homes in 2 weeks we were starting to become discouraged. We threw Maria a huge curve ball and changed the budget and cities that we were looking at. She dug right in and found us the type of property we were looking for. She was extremely helpful and attended our home inspection for us when we were prevented from traveling to it. She was always available and made what could have been an extremely stressful time enjoyable and rewarding." Again I would highly recommend Maria on either side of the Real Estate experience.
