Doing this time in such a demanding market, Maria went above and beyond to assist me in the finding and closing of a home. We went solely on the recommendation of my husband's business associate and are extremely glad we were given Maria's name. We are moving to Michigan in May and I knew nothing of the are. She was extremely helpful getting us into a safe, beautiful area. Maria went above and beyond in helping us with every aspect of the move. From making sure we were in a safe area, didn't overpay for the place and even after the sale was closed. The condo we purchased needed flooring and paint to be completed before we moved. Maria, along with Randy Bloedow, helped us get in contact with the people we needed to speak to, so that everything would be completed when we arrived. We will definitely use Maria again.

Everyone that came through said they loved our home. Maria did an excellent job at marketing it. Their photographer made our home look magazine ready. The pictures were beautiful! Maria always made sure we understood what was happening. She answered our questions professionally and with grace, taking the time to explain anything we didn't understand. We have lived in this house for 40 years and have never sold a house before. Maria provided a stress free experience that went flawlessly. We prepared our home for roughly 6 months before listing. Once pictures were taken, we just had to sit back and see what would happen. It was amazing!

We are so thankful Maria was our realtor as she worked tirelessly to get the house we wanted. It was obvious that Maria knows what's she's doing and knows how to work well with other realtors to give her clients the best chance at getting their new house.
