Dear friends of ours have known Maria Lacaria for years, way before she became a realtor, and praised how hard she worked for them as they sold several homes with her. We were also grateful that Maria is a Christian and is committed to the same values we have, and we knew much about her character and faithfulness to the task of selling our home. The whole process of selling our home went pretty quickly and very smoothly. The end results was beyond our expectations. We had several offers on our home within days of it hitting the market. There were close to 40 showings in 5 days. We left to stay with our daughter for several days and showings were scheduled back to back because there was so much interest. Everyone that came through said they loved our home. Maria did an excellent job at marketing it. Their photographer made our home look magazine ready. The pictures were beautiful! Maria always made sure we understood what was happening. She answered our questions professionally and with grace, taking the time to explain anything we didn't understand. We have lived in this house for 40 years and have never sold a house before. Maria provided a stress free experience that went flawlessly. We prepared our home for roughly 6 months before listing. Once pictures were taken, we just had to sit back and see what would happen. It was amazing!
