Seller reviewI worked with Maria several times previously. She sold us this house. When we planned to move, my wife wanted to give her friend a chance to sell. Allowing someone other than Maria helped me realize just how good Maria was and is. I gave the other agent ample time to sell. When I called Maria to put it back on the market, she explained the strap and potential outcomes. She communicated well with us keeping us in the loop I am very happy to have worked again with Maria! She is amazingly good at the process! Maria showed us comps to help us decide on and negotiate prices. With her we had, after day one, over 100 hits. She knows what she is doing. Maria kept us in the loop and offered expert advice. Answered all our questions and concerns. Always answered emails and messages. Took most all of our calls or responded promptly when she couldn't answer. I will use her for my next move!
