She provided sound advice, guidance on home improvements and even did the staging herself. She was always a step ahead and was always available for me. The process happened so quickly, settlement was within 3 weeks from when my condo was listed as active and over the holidays, too. Seller reviewMarisa made the whole process seamless, easy, and (mostly) stress-free. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She updated me every step of the way and was always responsive to questions and concerns. She kept me abreast of real estate trends, projections on interest rates, etc. She made very reasonable suggestions for upgrades/ upkeep. She anticipated potential issues that might be raised by potential buyers and addressed them convincingly and professionally. She even went over and beyond by staging the house herself and provided decorative touches to make the house more pleasing to potential buyers. I highly recommend Marisa and I am very happy and appreciative of the excellent professional service she provided to me and my family. Out of 10 stars, she is an 11!
