Marissa Vergel De Dios is very smart and knowledgeable of her field. We are first time home buyers and we don't know anything about real estate. She explained the process thoroughly and always welcomed our questions. She's very familiar with the area, with the communities and did extensive research of the properties we were interested in. Marissa was also a good advisor with regards to pricing. She provided us historical and comparable pricing data that we can consider in coming up with our offer price. Market was so crazy when we're buying and she's always encouraging and comforting. She always follows protocols and a good negotiator. We didn't have a hard time doing the negotiation because of her skills. She always informed us on the status and what will be the next step. From getting a lender to closing, she always assisted us. During inspection she was there too and even in walk through for final inspection. In closing, due to COVID, only buyers/sellers are allowed to be there, but she made sure that we know where to go, who to contact and the documents were accurate.
