So my husband and I found Marjorie by chance and we could not be more thankful for that. At first we wanted to build but had decided on a mobile with land. Her name and number were on a sign on a property that we were looking at and we called her. She met with us and e plaines the whole process to us. She asked why we were not doing a stick built home and we explained that we couldnt find anything at all. She asked us to give her 24 hours and she would find us some homes to look at. This was at 9pm. At 10pm we had over 100 houses to look at that she sent us. I have never felt so understood and cared for. She truly listened to our wants and needs and went from there. Marjorie was always there for any questions that we had. When we finally decided on our home she was just as excited as we were. She was there for us every step of the way and always had our best interest at heart. She explained everything to detail and again if we had questions she was there and available. I would recommend her to anyone eapecially any family or friends because she knows what she is talking about and as far as checking out the house she is very picky and detailed. Always having that extra pair of eyes truly helps. She treats each property like she would be buying the house as well but with your standards, wants, and needs. I could again never be more thankful that we "stumbled" upon this woman and she truly means the world to my husband and I both!!

We loved having Marjorie as our agent. Once we found our new home she helped us with every step of the way since we were new to the process here in South Carolina. I will definitely be recommending Marjorie and Century 21 to my friends and family who are looking to either sell or purchase a home.
