Used his past experiences to make recommendations that made my experience easier. He was always checking important things that I forgot to consider, such as condition of the heating unit and whether the fused outlets worked properly. We were buying a new home and selling the old one at the same time. Judy Bohlen, Jayne Mantel, Dreama Brown (Greenpath Funding), and the Century 21 office staff were all friendly and helpful. This was the easiest experience for me, even though it was a complicated process for them.
