Seller reviewWe couldn't have asked for anyone better to represent us in the sale of our home. From the first meeting it was clear how knowledgeable, prepared, and professional Mark was. He ensured our home was priced right to sell fast (which it did!), and took care of every detail to perfection. He answered all of our questions, put us at ease during stressful moments, and ensured we got the most for our home through strong negotiation skills and tactics. We listed our home on a Friday afternoon. Our first offer (full price) was received that day by the first person who viewed the property. Within two days of open houses we had two more offers, both over asking price. After some negotiation we accepted an offer by the following Wednesday and closed 17 days later. The entire process was seamless and smooth and we are so grateful to Mark. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to sell!
