Buyer reviewOur property search in Petaluma took us about a year, from our initial contact with Marsha Harris to finally closing on our ideal property (part of a 1031 exchange). We had warned Marsha in the beginning that we were probably going to be "fussy". She was phenomenally patient, and took the time, not just to show us properties on the market, but to familiarize us with Petaluma the town, the neighborhoods, sharing her intimate knowledge and love for the place (pointing out properties she had sold as we explored the streets). We were very lucky to have had Marsha help us, and would highly recommend her to others.

Buyer reviewMarsha Harris is the best broker we've ever worked with in California or anywhere else. She handled complicated situations with grace and patience. In moments that were making the rest of us tear our hair out, she was professional and calm. She has a deep knowledge of the local market and the sales history of many properties, which is a great asset. She also knows everyone in the city offices and has personal relationships with many contractors, which made the inspections and repair process as easy as it could be. There were many times when I thought what we needed went above and beyond her job description, but Marsha just took it all in stride and got the job done. She was fantastic!
