Buyer reviewWe were previously using another agent and Real Estate company for over two years and finally decided to switch realtors and that's how we found Mary Ann. We are so glad we made that decision, she got us our new home within 3 months! She was great, always available when we needed her and went out of her way to make sure we were able to tour homes quickly. I was about to deploy for several months and we were interested in buying a home even during my absence. Mary Ann stepped up to the plate and diligently worked with my husband throughout those months. We continued our search even upon my return home and ended up finding the home that was for us. She guided us and directed us every single step of the way. Any questions we had for her she was quick to respond whether phone call, text, or email. We were brand new to this process and she made it seamless for us. She is an exemplary woman and we can tell she has a true passion for what she does. We are so thankful Mary Ann was our realtor. Maryann was able to explain everything to me and help me understand. She was always there to answer any question; day or night. And wouldn't hesitate to fit my schedule on when we were to meet up and look at a property. All in all it was a great experience. I rate it a 10/10

She's the first real estate agent we've worked with, and we were thrilled that she knew the Sarver/Freeport area well.
