Buyer reviewMary Ann Tegethoff has such a deep understanding of both seller and buyer needs and this was apparent to us when negotiating a competitive offer on two competitive houses. She was also fantastic at making creative suggestions that could help us improve our offer, while also staying very respectful of our limits. She never pressured, but offered her ideas in a professional, courteous way. She was exceptionally responsive and worked long nights to assist us. Mary Ann and I had no connection before our real estate endeavors, but I trust her completely and would absolutely work with her again. I know she has our back.

It took a long time to sell the property due to these issues, however Maryann never waivered in her efforts or focus even through some trying times. She was a fully engaged professional from start to finish.
