Thus, it was a "no-brainer" to seek her to sell this property. Mary had a plan already in mind before she left our house with a contract to sell. Seller review"Memorable!" We met Mary Hicks 13 years ago while searching for a home in West Brookfield. She was at several open houses representing her clients and left a lasting impression! Very professional, courteous, informative, friendly, and trustworthy. Mary had a calm demeanor and made you feel at ease. It was an easy decision for us! Mary was excellent to deal with throughout the sales process and we completely trusted her with everything! She is a hard working and experienced broker dedicated to her craft and clients. She was extremely responsive and in a timely manner to all our inquiries. She made us feel special and is if we were her most important client. She was extraordinary! Extremely satisfied. Seller reviewMary Hicks was beyond outstanding in all she did. Mary was very professional, kind, helpful, made sure I understood contracts, etc., took care of so many things for me. Mary helped me stage my house with many good ideas. Mary planned an open house which, as it turned out we didn't need, since my house sold in one day. Four parties wanted to buy my house who came to the open house, which proved helpful when the Accessor came through to re-evaluate my property. More importantly I have a new friend. Mary Hicks is beyond outstanding!!
