Seller reviewMary Hicks helped us buy our new home, so when it came time to list our old house, we had no question at all about whom to ask! Mary was wonderful! She was extremely polite and professional, worked well with both my husband and I, and also with our daughter (which is a huge plus, in my eyes!) Mary was very easily accessible...calls and emails were returned quickly, which is great since we were anxious to get the house sold! Our sale (from offer to closing) ran longer than we hoped/anticipated, but that was nothing to do with Mary (lawyers were slow-moving). Mary did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop and hurrying things along when she could. It was a very positive experience (although I don't plan to do it again, as we love our new home!!!) I would highly recommend Mary Hicks to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
