Mary Olsen was very helpful to work with and a pleasure to do business with throughout the transaction. She was always available to answer questions and was extremely helpful taking care of repairs and general maintence required for the home to make it rental ready since I'm an out of town owner. I would highly recommend Mary to my family and friends for their next property purchase or sale transaction.

Mary Olsen is the total package. She was instrumental in the sale of my property for the most profitable amount. I don't see any weaknesses. I see a lot of strengths. She has a group of people to call on for support. All of her contacts did good work and put the house in the best of shape at a very reasonable cost. That made a huge difference in selling at almost eight percent above asking price. THANK YOU MARY!
