Seller reviewI contacted Mary Olsen at the recommendation of a neighbor. Mary responded to my email promptly. We met later that week for an interview. Mary showed me a detailed sales plan that reflected her deep understanding of the local housing market. Her suggested listing price was supported by very recent sales data and her knowledge of buyer demand for the particular model we were selling, lot size, location, house condition, etc. Simply put, Mary took care of everything - she did far more than one would expect. She could not have made the process easier for me. She obviously loves her job and she is very good at it!
