We believe our comments thus far clearly indicate how professional Mary Olsen was and is. Although we have moved from the area where she works she will always be a big part of our journey and of our recent lives. In fact, she made the difficult easy and the somewhat insurmountable a piece of cake. Her work on the listing was exceptional with the added success of the staging, and the exquisite photographer she employed. Along the way to closing escrow she handled whatever we threw at her from listing items on Craigslist to having the home inspection defaults corrected. Her selection as our agent was almost immediate once she sat down and opened the binder she had prepared for the meeting. By the time she had flipped through page after page of documentation and procedures she would perform we were sold. As soon as we agreed to employ her she was on the phone to order the pole for installation outside. From there, it was all Mary Olsen. (The newest member of our 'family').
