Seller reviewMary Rollert was always available and very thorough. We started out by going the FSBO route but soon realized its limitations in market exposure. We were grateful to have someone with Mary's expertise to navigate through the many details involved. She was always quick to respond to our many questions and willing to research answers for anything she didn't know off the top of her head. She was a great advocate for us every step of the way. She is very diligent in every aspect of the process, which for some buyers and sellers can be a very stressful time in life. Mary was at least 2 steps ahead of the game at all times.
