Seller reviewWe were looking at properties on Zillow, found several. One was listed by Mary Rollert. I called her and we connected immediately. Once she understood our needs, we launched a search together. Her listing did not meet our needs. She helped us find a perfect property. Mary Rollert was simply fantastic. She navigated the purchase of the property with no issues. She knew we were going to hold the property for only about two years. She stayed in touch, providing information along the way. Mary was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale of the house. She went above and beyond in every area, including the presentation of the home, making sure the yard was trimmed and mowed and that minor repairs were taken care of. She was able to handle situations that I was unable to or didn't have the knowledge or time to take care of. She enabled the process to be smooth and almost effortless to me. I couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish this experience has been wonderful. I was not pressured in any way and Mary was knowledgeable in helping me make decisions that I would not have been able to proceed with on my own.
