Matt Klein was so personable and worked overtime to find properties that were within our budget, yet provided the opportunities we wanted for rental potential. We were out-of-state, so he worked within our schedule to visit South Dakota. He was constantly in communication with us and provided excellent advice and attention to detail. He knows a lot about the area, and understands the market area, as well as provides suggestions for services and other needs for potential buyers such as insurance or inspections. We trust Matt implicitly and will work with him again if we are looking for property in the Deadwood area.
