Seller reviewI would never use anyone else other than Matt Klein in the Lead and Deadwood area. He was great helping my price my house for sale and advice for things to do before listing. After photos and listing we had several offers in the first week. Although we ran into trouble with buyers financing, we ended up with a sale over asking price and a smooth closing.
