Seller reviewWhen my mother passed unexpectedly (95 years old but still living on her own and in reasonably good health), I knew that selling my childhood home would involve a lot of emotions. Meghan Shigo made the process smooth, informative and with a confidence that comes with years of successful experience. Meghan's bubbly personality, optimistic outlook, and thorough knowledge of the neighborhood were very much appreciated. I needed more than someone that did RE part time as a side gig and also knew I needed a hitter given the various issues that arise out of selling a house that I didn't live in for 50 years. It's said that wisdom comes from bad experience, and Meghan has been there done that, so when things popped up, she could name not only the tune but the solution and level if risk in 3 notes. She excels in her field with her expertise and follow through in all aspects of the process of doing a 1031 Exchange. This was our first time processing documents online with DocuSign. While it was overwhelming at times, we finally understood the process with Megan's assistance.

Seller reviewMy wife and I were not looking to sell our home. When we found a print out from Megan that explained in detail our neighborhood and recent sales it sparked our curiosity. Megan was very professional, very personable, and most importantly for us not pushy. Megan was the difference in our decision to sell without having a new home to move to right away. For us if we didn't fell good about who we were working with or the process we would of pulled out. We did not need to sell our home at this time.
