Seller reviewFrom our initial conversation, I had a good feeling with Meghan. My parents lived in the area for 10 years. And I've seen her advertisement many times in mailings and around the neighborhood. I felt comfortable that she would have knowledge of the area! However that exceeded my initial expectations, with her knowledge but also willing to educate you in the process! That is important and shows she wants the person(s) to have a good if not great experience.

Seller reviewMeghan shigo is the best, she has sold properties in the colony for years and knows all that needs to be done and how to get it done. Our sale from start to finish was handled expertly by Meghan and her team. She has an excellent reputation in the area. When neighbors asked who's your agent, I would say Meghan and the response was always oh she's good, or ya know, she sold the house over there last year, One neighbor said I should pick her to sell the house not knowing we had already decided she would be our choice. We first met Meghan when she represented the seller of the house that we bought 14 years ago so she's sold this house twice now. I highly recommend her.
