Buyer reviewMelissa was, by far, the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She was friendly and professional, but most importantly she was experienced and knowledgable, and didn't beat around the bush. Melissa knows the area so well, knows other agents, and knows the history of the market here. I went in to every showing prepared, knowing what to expect, the history of the property, and the status of the listing. Melissa somehow was always accessible and communicative, yet was never on her phone while working with me, making sure I was her priority at that time. Thanks to her I was able to purchase my first choice property quickly and confidently. She handled everything on my behalf that she could, making a very stressful transition painless. My only hope is that Melissa is still active next time I have to buy or sell a property, because nobody else will do!

Once we choose a home to purchase she kept us very well informed the entire duration until right to the end. She went above and beyond her job expectations. Melissa is very knowledgeable, and very patient. We appreciated her expertise and advice. And overall her extremly kindess, you definitely get treated like family. She made us feel very confident in our house buying process. There is no other realtor in our book! She is definitley a gem!

Seller reviewI have never needed to personally sell a home but due to the death of both my parents within a 7 week period, I found myself in need of a realtor who would help me sell a 105 year old home. Melissa was recommended to me. She came and did a walk thru while both parents were still living. She was so very kind and warm to them. She quickly got back to me with a property summation and thoroughly explained the whole process. When my parents passed, I called Melissa and she got right on it. Again, she explained everything very well and made the whole process easier than I could have imagined. She knew exactly how to price the property to get the maximum views and wow did it work! There just isn't anything I would change. I can't thank Melissa enough for helping to make a difficult situation for me way more bearable. I appreciate all the help she gave. Could not be happier with Melissa or with Century21.
