Melissa was, by far, the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She was friendly and professional, but most importantly she was experienced and knowledgable, and didn't beat around the bush. Melissa knows the area so well, knows other agents, and knows the history of the market here. I went in to every showing prepared, knowing what to expect, the history of the property, and the status of the listing. Melissa somehow was always accessible and communicative, yet was never on her phone while working with me, making sure I was her priority at that time. Thanks to her I was able to purchase my first choice property quickly and confidently. She handled everything on my behalf that she could, making a very stressful transition painless. My only hope is that Melissa is still active next time I have to buy or sell a property, because nobody else will do!
