Buyer reviewI can't say enough great things about Melissa. She is truly an asset to Century 21 very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients and is NOT in it for the money. My family lives over an hour away so it wasn't every time they were able to look at houses with me and as a first time home buyer and knowing absolutely nothing when it comes to buying a house or what to look for; she made it so easy, is always so quick to respond to my questions or inquiries about houses I wanted to see and because I didn't know much about houses she was always so helpful in identifying the good and the bad. I will always recommend her to anyone I know searching for a home!!

Buyer reviewMelissa was fantastic to work with. She and Eric both were great as they made a very stressful purchase much less stressful. Just a tremendous five-star experience with Melissa and Eric Allen. The smallest of gripes that I had is sometimes it was difficult to get a simple answer but that just shows the level of knowledge that Melissa possesses. Just a joy to work with overall. Would recommend her to anyone as she truly cares about the buyer's needs and isn't in this game to make a quick buck. Again, a five-star experience. In a game filled with people looking to make money, Melissa will truly care about you and your needs. That's rare.

I still had connections in the central Michigan area and Melissa was suggested to me by a close family friend. When I moved out here the market was very hot. It was tough to get into houses before they where sold. Melissa was great the entire time. We always where in communication even if we didn't look at houses every week. I would send her a house i would like to see and she was very quick to get back to me and set up a time to see the house. She has alot of knowledge of the area and is very pleasant to be around. I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a house.
