Even if we weren't related Melissa would be our No.1 choice. We have nothing to do with how she gets so many recognitions and awards. So we are very proud of her!

It was extremely important to us for her to communicate well and be our feet and eyes. As we asked questions about the different properties she would answer quickly to the best of her ability for us. She was extremely patient with us as we texted, phoned, and emailed her many times along with revisiting the property we needed up purchasing. When we asked her to place us on a backup offer to a house we saw online months prior, she went "to bat" for us. We could not have completed this purchase had we not have known and used Melissa in a prior transaction.
