Seller reviewMelissa is very much a people person & has a great talent for dealing with difficult situations in the real estate area. It can be very frustrating for the buyer and seller. She has a way of patiently diffusing a potential problem. She is very thorough about preparing a seller for the upcoming inspections, financing situations and closing. I appreciated her e-mails because it gave me time to process what was happening before I called, often times making a call unnecessary.

She caters to each of her clients needs and wants no matter how ridiculous. She helped us find the fist home of our dreams and did everything it took to get us in to our house, including, helping with repairs and setting everything up from inspections to working with our loan officer. She always made sure we were in the loop. We couldn't have asked for a better relit or she is amazing!
