The short sale process was very aggravating, but it seemed that Melissa did everything she could to work through, expedite and keep the process moving. Melissa's past experience and knowledge of people in the business made dealing with banks and closing company etc. much easier.

Melissa took wonderful pictures of the house inside and out and Realtor.com informed me I had over 2000 viewings!!! I couldn't ask for more exposure than that! My house went on the computer in late afternoon on Friday and the first couple that came through it at 9:30 am the next morning bought it!! When Melissa came to appraise my home so I could see if I wanted to list it with her, she did a wonderful job of explain and protecting me in my contract with her. I couldn't have been happier with how it all worked out.
