Melissa Frank is highly knowledgeable and a top-notch professional in real estate transactions. During the process of selling my home she kept me well informed and took care of details to result in a quick sale.

When purchasing our first home we used my parents realtor out of columbus, which unfortunately (because she was amazing) was rather difficult to line up schedules due to distance. We then tried friends and other recommendations of friends and also a realtor I had met through a house of interest. Other than my parents realtor, we never had the connection with any of the others, or they seemed not to care. We contacted Melissa to see a house she was the listing agent for and although we ended up not being as interested in the house she was the listing agent on, we knew we had to use her when we were able to find THE house. We aren't the ones to have the agent pulling up a million houses and dragging each other along to see all of them. We only wanted to see houses that had the upmost potential of being our next purchase. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable of the area, purchasing rental dwellings/a home while having a rental dwelling (like we were doing) and what options to consider. Melissa stayed on the ball and was there for us through every step of the way, answering sometimes annoying or repetitive emails, text messages and phone calls of ours. We really hit the jackpot finding her.

Without Melissa's help, the sale would have fallen through when buyers financing hit a snag. Melissa stepped in and got them financed through one of her lenders and made the deal happen.
