She is very forward thinking, and is open to all considerations but in the end does what's right for her clients as well as buyers/sellers. Melissa has handled many other real estate transactions for us previously, and there is NO ONE I would ever trust more to handle future business than Melissa. This was an emotional transaction for me, as it was the property I grew up on, and had to also carry the emotions of losing my Mother. Melissa is a very compassionate person, and I felt total confidence with her to help us with this Estate property. This was a transaction between family members. Melissa handled this properly and efficiently and kept us all updated on the process. The buyer of this property had a home to sell, and Melissa went above and beyond to bring buyers to their property.
