Michael has lived in several locations around Indiana. He grew up in Fort Wayne and moved to the Indianapolis area where he lived for several years. He is very familiar with Indianapolis and surrounding cities as he has lived in Castleton, Broad Ripple, Westfield, and Noblesville with offices in Carmel and Fishers. He has serviced many areas in Indiana from Noblesville to Downtown Indianapolis, and Plainfield to Greenfield. Seller reviewMichael helped us buy a house and we were so impressed with his communication that it was a no brainer to use him to sell our house as well. Michael did a great job communicating with a difficult realtor and always updated us on the progress of the closing. All issues that popped up were out of his control and he dealt with each one of them quickly and professionally and still got us to close on time with no issues at the end. Michael is probably the easiest person to work with. He communicates often and even continues to communicate after to check in and see how we are doing. If you can't get a hold of him he responds quickly and usually has an answer to your question or solution to a problem. Michael was able to sell our house quickly and over asking price. He was honest about pricing and potential appraisal as well as the selling process. He had a great photographer who took wonderful pictures of the property. He was quick and on it about each step of the selling process and even gave us a schedule of events that should happen and timelines we needed to hit. Overall very stress free and easy experience.

Buyer reviewFor our first house we used EXP realty and while we had a good experience, we were happy to work with Michael because he knew our needs and had a great reputation as a great communicator and hard worker. Michael was excellent with communications and what to expect. He wrote us a timeline so we knew exactly what to expect and when. Over communicator which we appreciated. Michael was always near his phone and took our calls or returned them quickly. He was in constant communication with us and our lender. Overall great job with getting us in to see houses in this crazy market and guiding us through the process. Overall very good experience would definitely use him again.
