He is very familiar with Indianapolis and surrounding cities as he has lived in Castleton, Broad Ripple, Westfield, and Noblesville with offices in Carmel and Fishers. He has serviced many areas in Indiana from Noblesville to Downtown Indianapolis, and Plainfield to Greenfield. Seller reviewMichael gave us direction for home repairs and fixes when we very first started working with him. This gave us ample time to focus on the items that needed to be updated prior to listing the house for sale. Once the house was staged, Michael brought in a professional photographer to take pictures, drone views and all! He was very clear and upfront about the process, the schedule, and the anticipated timeline. Our house was listed on a Thursday, open for showings on Friday, he held an open house on Saturday, and by Monday we accepted an offer! He was friendly and communicative with the other buyers' agents that came to look at the house. Once we had the inspection, he was extremely helpful in suggesting vendors to get quotes for the work that needed done. There was a lot of back and forth between him and the buyers agent and I am so thankful that he handled all that. Once we were cleared for closing, all was smooth sailing! Michael went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Selling a house is a very stressful time, but many times he reassured me that all was well and that he didn't want to see me stress. We would highly recommend Michael for buying and selling a home, as he handled both for us!
