In addition to his tremendous knowledge of the local market, Mike was a strong and constant communicator, easy to work with, terrific at details, and quick to tailor solutions to our wishes and needs. We are in the midst of selling our house, and it is not going easily, so we have a basis for comparison. Venice was a breeze, and Mike was integral to our success.

Where do I begin...from our first phone call (we are out of state) he is warm, knowledgeable, flexible, proactive, responsive, and truly consultative. We were so impressed with Mike Saur as our broker for purchasing a condo, it didn't cross our minds to consider any other broker in selling our old condo. Mike is a quality person all around.
