Mike's monthly newsletter was what made the initial introduction. After meeting him in person, and in a somewhat difficult situation, he handled everything with the utmost professionalism. We would be honored to be placed on his reference list. We had very little interaction with the other Century 21 staff, been when we did it was outstanding.
