Michael actually taught me how to play guitar growing up and attended my church! He's a really cool guy and very easy to talk to! Mr. Shipp was all in! The moment we were able to list the house he was on it. Had done lots of leg work prior to the listing, above and beyond! Once the sign went up and it hit the online real wastage sale sites, we had an offer in 2 days or less. And this was when then real estate sale business was going downhill. Expected to still be waiting for on offer in mid 2023. Just so thankful for Mr. Shipp!
