Buyer reviewMichael was wonderful. I live out of town and had no contacts so he provided me with some great people to help with the sale. He also protected me when he thought that it would better if we did things this way. He has tons of experience and is a happy person which helps when you are buying or selling. I wouldn't change a thing in my experience with Michael as my realtor

Buyer reviewSince my fiancee and I were very inexperienced in the housing market (we hadn't even gotten prequalification from our lender when we first saw the house), Michael Shipp worked with us even from the very basic steps of purchasing this home. He gave us clear instruction on how to navigate the process with the lender, inspector(s), insurance, and advised us on the purpose of each step. Michael was respectful helpful throughout the process, gave good and clear advice, and was always willing to accommodate our schedule day or night. I believe that without Michael's assistance and instruction we would not have been able to purchase this home. Anyone purchasing a home in the central Arkansas area would do well to use Michael as their agent!

Seller reviewHonesty, Integrity, Down to earth attitude and personality. Walking away feeling that we've made a friend, not someone into getting our money and run. That says a lot for and about Michael Shipp. My wife and I have trusted him through selling our two homes and purchasing one together all in less than a years time. I think tablet says a lot !!! He was so helpful in guiding us on what was fair when it came to the offer we were making on our home, which was crucial in us being able to afford our dream home!

He got the best loan officer, mortgage company, closing agent, appraiser, etc. I didn't have to worry about much. He was always there if we had a question, big or small.
