Our purchase was all virtual as we were not able to fly out to Texas to view homes. So we had to put a lot of trust on our agent, and I would highly recommend Mike for those that maybe in the same situation and need a trustworthy agent. He is very knowledgeable and will give you an honest review of the home you may be interested in. He wants to make sure you get not just a dream home, but a home that is safe and reliable for you and your family(for us one one of the homes we looked at, he asked if we had kids and if they enjoyed playing outside, as the home was on a busy street and wanted us to consider the safety of our kids.) When he tours the home, he will tell you his concerns about the home, such as cracks on the floors/pavements, hard to open doors(potential foundation issues, water stains and potential water damages. The list goes on, on how helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy Mike is, and I can't express enough how lucky we feel to have been introduced to him, and getting him as our agent.
