Mike Singleton turned what could have been a very stressful move - (short timetable, first move for us in 18 years, CoVID, new city, etc) into a calm, thorough tour of many different parts of town and through about 22 houses. His knowledge of what to look for regarding the condition of houses, as well as his understanding of the market, the neighborhoods, and negotiating advice was welcomed and extremely helpful. I consider myself very lucky to have benefited from his service. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone I meet who needs a realtor in this area.

We were new in town and didn't want to deal with the new build salesmen. Mike Singleton has local knowledge and experience. He quickly got us into seeing the homes we asked to see and had great recommendations. He set us up with a great inspector and was quick to respond and follow up.
