Both were very quick to assist wirh any questions or concerns. Worked hard to fix any issue we did have and always stay in contact with us on what was going on. Very pleased with them and have already recommended to friends. Very great people to work with. Answered all questions we had and even gave us great insight on other local community things that we didnt even think about. Always there when you needed them day or night.

Michael and Colene Smith made this a great buying experience and much less stressful process than we anticipated given everything that comes with purchasing a new home. They were extremely patient and flexible with us while we were waiting for another property that we owned to sell.
