Seller reviewI am located out of state and I did not have the resources or the connections to prepare my home for sale. Michael handled everything for me flawlessly. He consistently communicated with me to keep me abreast of what was happening and took my calls day or night. I've sold other homes in the past and sincerely did not realize that selling a Home could be such an easy process! Michael is professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality so it was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend because he said he would handle everything and I didn't need to worry. He executed on that promise.

Buyer reviewI simply came into CDA and went to the first real estate office I saw, which was Century 21. However, having worked with other Century 21 brokers in other states, I still would have gone in, even if I did explore other firms. Michael Wendlund was not expecting me, but did drop everything to take me around the vicinity for a couple of hours so that I could get some familiarity with everything. He efficiently scheduled 11 homes for me to look at the following day. I found my new home virtually within hours of having made contact with Michael. Due to a family emergency situation in Michigan, I was unable to remain in Idaho after my offer had been accepted. Michael was exceptional at still being able to facilitate all of the necessary transactions and act on my behalf because I wasn't able to be present. His professionalism and efficiency were truly remarkable. I will be referring him to friends, family and colleagues because his performance was so very much appreciated. This was perhaps my easiest home purchase among six. He helped to make the process and transition quite fluidly. I wish that I could be engaging his services to be selling the California home for me.

Seller reviewMichael did a great job with our pictures, listing, and helping us stage our house. He was quick to inform us of offers and help inform us of our options. Once in the escrow process he made sure to attend appraisal and other inspections to ensure things went smoothly. Overall easy selling of house with little worry.

Unlike so many other Realtors, Mike goes to work every day, and works hard to assure he's putting his best efforts towards his clients needs. Mike knows the real estate market better than most other agents.
