Mike is a go getter! He may be a little hard on you to make your house look the way it should when you are showing it, but it only make sense! Mike is very knowledgeable of the local area market and knows how to market. A custom sign was ordered for the sale of our house, it was so nice I was almost disappointed "for Mike" when the house sold just a day or two after the sign went up. :) Thanks Mike!

Michael Wendland made himself available for 99% the showings of our house. It showed more that twice a week for 8 months. One week it showed 9 times. He was always there and represented our house very well. Michael Wendland became part of the family. He even helped move out the heavy stuff after the house sold. We appreciated everything he did and will recommend him to everyone.
