A retired Major from the United States Marine Corps. Mike earned his B.A. in Law Enforcement from Glassboro State College. Serving in the military for 20 years. Mike was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and daily operations for over 2000 Marines. After retiring in 1998, Mike excelled as Area Sales Manager for CompUSA. Sales Training Manager for Pergrine Systems and Director of Sales for United Education Institute. Mike became a full time REALTOR in May of 2005 and is now dedicated to helping his clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Seller reviewWe hired Mike Wynn to represent us when we purchased our home in 2014 and we knew we wanted Mike to represent us when we decided to sell our home this year. Mike is great to work with! He's knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and understanding. He made the process of buying our home smooth and easy to understand. We no longer live in the state of CA, so when we decided to sell our home from IL, Mike handled nearly everything for us. Since we had rented the property for 2 years prior to selling, we needed Mike to work with our renter in order to sell since we live out of state. Mike was happy to do so and the process was handled very well. We were kept up to date on everything. Our home received multiple offers above list price and was under contract within just a couple of days of going live on the MLS! We are very happy with Mike, his associates, and all that he has done for us as buyers and sellers! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in the San Diego area with any type of real estate needs!

Working with us over the course of several months, he was always patient and showed us many homes until we found the one for us. We were not in the local area so Mike showed us all the homes using video. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and is down to earth. He provided no fluff assessments of each property and provided expert recommendation. Well familiar with the entire closing process, Mike helped us through the closing process without any glitches. We would definitely choose Mike again for any real estate transaction.
