Michelle Graziani chose to pursue a career in Real Estate beginning in 2003. Michelle has experienced and realized her successes amongst so many changes in the real estate market; from the bubble to the recession, working through Covid-19 and the Inventory Shortage. Part of Michelle's success as a Real Estate professional can be attributed to aligning herself with a mentorship program at the start of her real estate career. Michelle recognized the importance of learning all she could about the real estate industry from the time she committed herself as a key to surviving the ever evolving industry. After 21 years she has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of buyers from first time homebuyers to investors and new construction. Additionally, Michelle works with sellers of all types from short sales, out of state sellers to traditional sales as well. Michelle's approach toward business is based on core competencies of any successful business person standing the test of time; integrity, experience and an honest approach to working with clients and colleagues in the industry. Michelle has a Degree in Business Administration and a background in Corporate sales and has worked for firms such as Oracle and Franklin Covey as well as working with Federal and Civilian Government contracts. Michelle is a member of the Cartus Relocation Network and proudly provides services to our men and women in the Armed Forces by assisting members and their families with moves in and out of the metropolitan area. Michelle has a large family of 3 grown children that have significant others and a grandchild. She enjoys time with her family and friends, attending live music events, football and anything to do with the beach. Toes in the sand, feet firmly planted on the ground and always prepared to provide exemplary service to her clients!

Michelle comes with so much experience, knowledge, and vast network of contacts that helped us in our home buying process. From locating a home, to title, to financing... She made it all happen. Michelle recently helped us sell our townhome as well as locate and purchase our forever home. She took the time to understand my family's needs, had a plan from the start, and executed it flawlessly. I truly did not expect things to go this smooth, and it's all thanks to Michelle. She kept me on top of the things I had to do, helped me with any questions or concerns I had, and set me on the right path to close on my home. Michelle's "leave no stone unturned" work ethic was so appreciated and I honestly feel spoiled. She was very highly praised by my coworkers as she has worked to secure homes for his family as well as his extended family in the area. Michelle was very personable. Her extensive experience was evident in how she conducted herself in her role. We came into this as first time home buyers not knowing anything at all. Michelle was very informative and gave us the initial rundown on how the whole home purchase went down. She was always available to answer questions even at odd hours of the day. We were able to close on our home super early due to her attention to detail. Michelle WILL work to be your advocate and put your mind at ease throughout the whole process.

Michelle Graziani was extemely helpful in locating potential properties. She has a great website that showcased those properties we might be interested in. She facilitated video visits of potential propeties. Her inpressions of the properties were invaluable, she understood what we liked and wanted. Michelle was always available to answer questions.
