Michelle Graziani chose to pursue a career in Real Estate beginning in 2003. Michelle has experienced and realized her successes amongst so many changes in the real estate market; from the bubble to the recession, working through Covid-19 and the Inventory Shortage. Part of Michelle's success as a Real Estate professional can be attributed to aligning herself with a mentorship program at the start of her real estate career. Michelle recognized the importance of learning all she could about the real estate industry from the time she committed herself as a key to surviving the ever evolving industry. After 21 years she has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of buyers from first time homebuyers to investors and new construction. Additionally, Michelle works with sellers of all types from short sales, out of state sellers to traditional sales as well. Michelle's approach toward business is based on core competencies of any successful business person standing the test of time; integrity, experience and an honest approach to working with clients and colleagues in the industry. Michelle has a Degree in Business Administration and a background in Corporate sales and has worked for firms such as Oracle and Franklin Covey as well as working with Federal and Civilian Government contracts. Michelle is a member of the Cartus Relocation Network and proudly provides services to our men and women in the Armed Forces by assisting members and their families with moves in and out of the metropolitan area. Michelle has a large family of 3 grown children that have significant others and a grandchild. She enjoys time with her family and friends, attending live music events, football and anything to do with the beach. Toes in the sand, feet firmly planted on the ground and always prepared to provide exemplary service to her clients!

She was super communicative, knowledgeable, and supportive. She kept me up to date on everything, walked me through various processes and options in a very clear way, and helped keep my head above water so I didn't spiral :)

Some key things about why Michelle is so awesome: 1) Super knowledgeable about the areas and communities that she serves. 2) Michelle was totally honest and upfront on everything. She tells it like it is, not giving any BS or smoke and mirrors. 3) We felt like she had our best interest at heart - not about making a quick broker commission. 4) She held our hand every step of the way without being over bearing and was always open to answering all questions and concerns - even our stupid questions. 5) Trust is what Michelle quickly developed with us,... Just thinking over the past decades, we were content with B-Class agents with several real estate treansactions. Michelle is and was just amazing and our entire family feels extremely fortunate to have found such an amazing real estate agent!!! She has spoiled us and we will never go back to B class agents! She is stuck with the Miller's for life :-)

Seller reviewWe initially interviewed another realtor that was recommended to us. However, we did not find him to be a good fit Michelle was representing another client in our neighborhood and was recommended to us by another realtor. We met with her and ascertained that she was very familiar with properties in our immediate geographical area and had represented other clients in our area. Moreover, she was very focused on ensuring that she understood what we were looking for in a representative. She was very organized during our initial meeting and was able to put us at ease and answer all of our questions. Michelle treated us like family from the start. We immediately felt at ease and that she could relate to our needs and wishes. We felt confident in discussing the process and status of our home sale. She addressed our concerns and helped us navigate the home selling process. We have sold several properties and working with Michelle was by far the easiest and most enjoyable we have experienced. Best selling experience ever! Michelle is professional, attentive, caring and is now a friend for life!
