Michelle is very approachable and friendly. She always gives the impression of being calm even when we as her clients felt nervous. She is extremely knowledgeable about the types of houses she is showing and the area in which these houses are located. She always acted professional, gave positive and negative feedback (if applicable) on the houses, and put the client first. You never got the impression this was a job only. We would definitely recommend Michelle Bonneau to anyone purchasing and/or selling a house.

This is our second home. I thought our first realtor from New York was the best until I met Michelle! Michelle was not only a pleasure to work with, but also had a great deal of knowledge of the area we were interested in and her communication skills were very appreciated. Michelle handled the sale for this propererty with excellence as she has for us in other transactions. This was a difficult transaction because of numerous delays from the buyers side, Michelle stayed on top of the situation and did her best to move it along as quickly as possible.
