Seller reviewMike Bates is such a knowledgeable professional, we had complete confidence in him at all stages of the sale process. He really went above and beyond to help us prepare the property to go on the market. He is a great communicator - even though we were away from the country during most stages of the sale, he made sure we always promptly informed of what was happening and what was needed from our side of the sale. We can't say enough good things about Mike, and we would unreservedly recommend him to anyone doing a real estate transaction!

Buyer reviewI purchased a townhome in 2010 my thanks to Mike Bates my realtor. He's the one who found out the first person who made an offer had dropped out and quickly brought it to my attention and made an offer that was accepted. This is my second purchase working with Mike and as with the first purchase, I was the backup offer that got the purchase after the first person dropped out. Mike was quick to communicate to the selling realtor and drawing up the paper work to get the offer accepted. Mike is very professional. He immediately responds to calls, text messages and follows up with any questions or concerns that I have. You can be sure to have a sucessful purchase with Mike. Both purchases went without glitches. After 14 years he's, still reliable, honest and still doing a good job.

Buyer reviewAs a former engineer I ask many detailed questions, and probably some questions that most clients would never ask. Mike Bates immediately knew the answer to most of my questions, and promptly found answers to those he didn't know. The best example was my question about ambient noise in various locations from various sources around the condominuim complex. Mike got anecdotal answers from a friend of his that lived there (near two of the noise sources), and also gave me his frank opinions about the ambient noise level around some of the units I was interested in. He has also gone to the extent of publishing a YouTube video that specifically demonstrates his answer to that question. Bravo Mike!
