Excellent knowledge on the property value and know just how much to list that will sell fast. Mr. Bates worked with escrow arranged early signing using mobile notary service which i aporeciated so very much! Mr. Bates literally helped me adding $15000 or more on the sale! When the buyer suggested $95k, I was gonna say ok, but Mr. Bates said "let me ask $110k, see what they say", like a magic, the buyers agreed! As I have said previously , Mike is great as what he does , a true professional . I did my transactions long distance and it got done . There were some challenges but mike was very proactive and informative along the way . He doesn't do this part time . When you work with Mike you are getting a Professional realtor not someone doing this part time. He negotiates with his clients best interest in mind.
