I met Misty when my son was looking for a home in Idaho Falls in 2014. We both liked her immediately and felt like he was in good hands with her vast knowledge of the Idaho Falls area. When I decided to purchase a home for myself (2020) I felt very fortunate to know Misty, and never considered looking for another realtor. I told her what I was looking for and where I wanted to be located. She didn't try to sell me on homes outside my price range or area. She kept me appraised of everything that was happening in the housing market as well as the ones I was interested in. Misty is very upfront and honest about details in the houses she showed me (both the good and the not-so-good). She guides - she doesn't push. Again, her life-long knowledge of the area is something I continue to find extremely valuable. She is very friendly and professional and you almost get the feeling that you are her most valuable client (I'm sure she has many). I don't ever feel like I'm a bother when I would text or call her with questions. I look forward to living in the area and count her as a friend.

Misty is a great person and realtor. We would definitely work with her again. Our closing was a nightmare, but had nothing to do with Misty. It was because of the buyer's buyers lender and Misty worked diligently to complete the closing process. Misty was a great realtor to work with! She went above and beyond for us.
