Personal Profile
I have been a Licensed Sales Associate with Century 21 High Desert since 2004. I am very passionate about home ownership, that is why I chose this career. I truly enjoy helping my Clients buy and sell homes. Whether that is finding the perfect starter home for first time buyers, right sizing to a different property or getting into your dream house. I specialize in all types of Residential property in Idaho Falls and the surrounding areas. I served our local association as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Tour Director for several years before being elected to serve on the MLS Board as a Local Director for the Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors. From 2008-2012, I served in several different capacities. I loved having the opportunity to be involved with a wide variety of community service projects during that time. Working with Habitat for Humanity and organizing blood drives for our Realtor Members with the Red Cross were a couple of the projects I was part of. I believe that service to the community and my Clients is a top priority. As your Realtor I will keep open lines of communication throughout the entire Buying or Selling process. I will ensure you understand each step of the process as you move through them. Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, it was great to have someone as patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable as Misty to work with! She is very prompt and courteous in her communication, so our questions (which were many!) were always answered quickly and clearly. We also very much appreciated her flexibility in going with us to see many different houses and helping us compare values, neighborhoods, and other important aspects of the home buying process. Once we put in an offer on the house we wanted, Misty provided really good direction and updates along the way. We felt the closing process was actually quite easy! She exemplifies customer service and will go the extra mile to help you find what you're looking for or help you sell your home. My wife and I had a great experience working with her. We only had a couple of days to find a new house (relocating to Idaho). She took time to really listen to our needs and wants in a new house and showed us lots of options.
