Everything from start to finish was perfect. Molly is a hands on in charge agent who takes care of the whole process for you. You can know without a doubt if you call, text or email Molly she is going to respond very quickly. I have total faith and confidence in Molly she is the perfect agent. If I had a question Molly had the answer, she let me know every step of the way what was going to happen, never any need to worry or panic if Molly is handling it, she truly takes care of everything. Molly Nolan was very supportive during the entire process of the sale of our home. Up front she gave us great ideas to make our home more marketable. She was patient and didn't pester while we got our home ready to sell but let us know she was there to help if we needed her. When it came time to sell she was excellent at setting up appointments and helping us follow through with the sell. Her expertise was valuable and well worth the money! Molly worked with my husband and I for over 9 months to find our first home. She was patient and extremely helpful. After a few weeks of working together she knew exactly what we were looking for and which houses we should go see versus which we should skip. She knew immediately after seeing a house if we were interested or not and always told us, "if you don't love it, let's move on!" She was extremely easy to get ahold of and we always felt comfortable around her. I will (and have) recommended her to friends and family!!
